I do regret passing this onto all of you this way but Dr. Steve Levine died in a tragic car accident while visiting Costa Rica. Linda and I were planning on meeting up with him on Monday in Costa Rica so that he could show us his place of paradise.

Steve was a former student of mine, a wonderful colleague and a deeply trusted friend.
From the whole Rehab Essentials family, our hearts go out to the Levine and Anderson families especially Bruce Anderson, Steve's love of life.
